The staff assembly is seeking volunteers interested in serving a leadership role within the staff assembly on the Staff Assembly Council.

Rick Melnicoe, former director of the Western Integrated Pest Management Center, died from lung cancer on Feb. 22.

ANR is committed to increasing our academic footprint for more effective deployment of Cooperative Extension (CE) specialists and advisors to address local issues with global impact.

UC ANR had a major presence at World Ag Expo Feb. 13-15 in Tulare. In addition to exhibits inside the Pavilion, this year, UC ANR hosted a series of well-attended researcher demonstrations of citrus varieties, soil quality and other subjects in a tent outside.
