Ferndale 4-H Community Club Monthly Report - March:
"At our March Community Meeting, we held a “Go Green” contest, in honor of St. Patrick’s Day and 4h. Prizes were awarded to the members wearing The Most Green, Most Creative, and Most Fun. Guest speaker Adam Woolace explained his job of monitoring and maintaining a network of earthquake, volcano and weather monitoring sensors in the Americas. Ferndale 4h was the host club at the County 4h Meeting; we served a taco bar dinner. Club officer Alex Griffith prepared a slide show that the officer team presented. Matthew Klopper and Ellise Sutherland did their 4h presentations for the group. Our club has been very busy preparing for our upcoming Petting Zoo & Silent Auction Fundraiser. This event will be held Sunday April 13th at Nilsen’s in Ferndale."
