The UC President's Advisory Commission (PAC) met via Zoom on March 22.

The perennials: rosemary; thyme; mints; oregano; sage, and annuals: basil; parsley; chives; dill & more, all can be preserved for year-round use as seasonings or for tea. Herbs should be harvested before they blossom, picked soon after the morning dew has dried for best quality.

The fourth H in 4-H stands for health, which members regularly pledge to better living.

Muhlenbergia capillaris (Pink Muhly Grass) has offered a delightful sight, to visitors, through the fall and winter in the Moss Family Temperate Woodland Garden. It is planted near Berberis thunbergii Gold Ring', which has a strong burgundy color in its leaves and through winter in its naked stems.
