9:00 am to 12:30 pm. All 4-H Members in Nevada and Placer Counties Traditional, Uniquely Upcycled, Favorite Decade Challenge, and Needlework items must be sewn as part of a 4-H Clothing & Textiles project (Sewing, Fiber Arts, Crocheting, Knitting, and Quilting).

Fun Fair is a great event for exhibitors and their families to become acquainted with all that is involved in exhibiting projects and animals at the County Fair. This event is held at the Nevada County Fairgrounds.

Join us for the 2023 Beef Carcass Awards Dinner on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, from 6 - 8 PM. Bear River High School 11130 Magnolia Rd. Grass Valley, CA 95949 Each family to bring a dessert to share.

Club Treasurer, Secretary, Reporter, Historian, and Newsletter Books Due to the 4-H office. Treasurer and Secretary books are required to be turned in. Financial Forms 6.2, 6.3, 8.5, and 8.6 and a completed peer review audit of the Treasurer book are due by this date.

Proficiencies are due at the 4-H Office by this date. Do not be late! Please remember that proficiencies must have ALL required signatures. You must have your proficiency signed by your project leader and by the county coordinator or your proficiency is not complete.

Deadline receiving record books for county record book evaluation. Record books that have received a Gold seal at the club level are eligible to enter Medalist evaluation. Primary members may not enter.

This meeting is mandatory for anyone who will be serving as a Club Leader, Co-Club Leader, or Assistant Club Leader. We will go over club management, required forms, updates to 4-H policies, and share tips for successful club leadership.
