Edith de Guzman, ChrisJakober and LaurenFordyce are looking togauge interest in an informal UCANR backpacking group. The group would organize overnight backpacking trips to places such as Yosemite National Park, Point Reyes National Seashore, or Desolation Wilderness. It would provide a safe space for individuals to try out backpacking, explore new areas of the state, and foster connections with other UCANR employees throughout California.
