In this project, youth learn about foods by partnering with adults in the kitchen to plan and cook food, explore the science, nutrition, and history of cooking while promoting healthy eating and resource management.

Youth will Learn how to plan, plant, maintain and cultivate their own plant life for beauty, health, and cuisine. This project will give youth an opportunity to learn that plants play a vital role for animals and humans. This includes growing vegetables and/or market crops and organic gardening.
