Assent/Dissent for Annual Evaluation Instructions
STEP 1 - Log in to Project Board to review supervisor comments.
- Go to projectboard.ucanr.edu
- You will be taken to a screen to sign into your Microsoft account. Click on "Login - UC Credentials".
- Sign on with UC Davis Kerberos credentials (you can also type in UC ANR email, it will have the same effect).
- You may be asked to authenticate again with DUO.
- In the top right corner of Project Board, click on the dropdown menu and select Reviewer Dashboard.
- Click on your name in the list on the left.
- Download your supervisor comment to review.
STEP 2 - Prepare and upload your assent/dissent
- Prepare your assent/dissent statement on a Microsoft Word document (download template on this webpage). Save it to your computer so that you can later upload it.
- In the top right corner of Project Board, click on the dropdown menu and select Reviewer Dashboard.
- Click on the blue "UPLOAD AND SUBMIT" button.

STEP 3 - Upload your documents
- You will be taken to your case in the WFA.
- Upload your assent/dissent document to the box by clicking and navigating to the files on your computer or dragging files to the upload box.
STEP 4 - You're done!
- The form autosubmits after you upload.
- You will see your form when you go back to Project Board and click on Academic Program Review in the top right dropdown menu.
- If you need to make changes to your document, please contact AHR.
Troubleshooting
I see a pop up about Project Board re-initializing
Click OK. You may need to repeat this a few times. This popup is normal and a good sign that Project Board is working!
When I click on an icon, nothing happens.
You may need to enable pop-up windows for projectboard.ucanr.edu and wfa.ucanr.edu.
I can see Project Board, but when I go to my case in WFA, the screen is blank.
Settings on personal computers may need to be reset in order for your computer to generate a new token and see your case in WFA. Follow these instructions:
- PC users:
- Option 1: Even if you've never used Microsoft Edge, go to Microsoft Edge and clear cache and all browser settings (Edge instructions for clearing cache). Use the dropdown to select all history (not the default short time period). In the same web browser, restart the login process to Project Board to see your case in WFA.
- Option 2: Go to office.com. Sign out and sign back in using your UC Davis credentials. In the same web browser, restart the login process to Project Board to see your case in WFA.
- Mac users:
- Option 1: Go to office.com. Sign out and sign back in using your UC Davis credentials. In the same webrowser, repeat steps 1-2.
- Options 2: Clear cache and all browser settings (Chrome instructions and Firefox instructions for clearing cache). User the dropdown to select all history (not the default short time period). In the same web browser, restart the login process to Project Board to see your case in WFA.
