SPECIAL EVENT - Steam Canning 101

This is an in-person demonstration where you will learn which foods can be safely preserved using the steam canning method. This class will cover the steam canning process, then you will work in small groups using the equipment.  You will be processing Asian dipping sauce and take your jar home.

When: Saturday, April 20, 10 AM till Noon

Fee: $10 payable before class below by credit card, or $15 at the door by cash or check (payable to UC Regents)
