Join the Humboldt/Del Norte Counties Master Food Preservers for a "live" demonstration.

Master Food Preserver Margie Adler will demonstrate how to make Kombucha—the first fermentation and the optional second fermentation in which you add flavor. She will show and talk about the supplies and ingredients, including the SCOBY, demystify the mystery, and answer your questions so you can start making your own.
