Join Kathy Steckman, UCCE Master Gardener and Riverside County Master Composter, at the Sycamore Creek Interpretive Center in Temescal Valley and find out what an enormous difference composting can make in your home garden. Kathy will cover starting a compost bin, what to put in the bin, and the benefits of harvesting your own compost to use as fertilizer, what composters call “black gold!”.

This workshop is free and open to the public so invite your friends and neighbors!  Master Gardeners will earn Continuing Education credits for attending this workshop.
