Build your confidence in pressure canning by watching several mini-demonstrations and compare a variety of canner types. Learn when you need to use a pressure canner and why.

When: Saturday, March 16, from 9am to 12 Noon (Check-in begins at 8:45 am; class starts promptly at 9:00.)

Location: Amador County GSA Building, 12200-B Airport Road, Jackson
