PAST: Savory Jams & Chutneys (in person - Jackson)

We all know and love sweet fruit jams and jellies!  Maybe not so much known are the wonderful savory chutneys and jams made with vegetables such as tomato, pepper, onion, zucchini, carrot, and even garlic! These spreads are sometimes sweet, sometimes spicy, and great with any meal or to complement a charcuterie board. Come and explore them with us!

When: Saturday, May 18, from 9am to 12 Noon (Check-in begins at 8:45 am; class starts promptly at 9:00.)

Location: Amador County GSA Building, 12200-B Airport Road, Jackson

Fee: $5 (payable at the door by cash/check payable to UC Regents)
