There is no limit to the preserving possibilities of these beautiful, delicious, nutritious fruit from your garden for use throughout the year.

When: Saturday, July 20, from 9am to 12 Noon (Check-in begins at 8:45 am; class starts promptly at 9:00.)

Location: Amador County GSA Building, 12200-B Airport Road, Jackson

Fee: $5 (payable at the door by cash/check payable to UC Regents)
