Make Sauerkraut at this in-person, hands-on class.
When: Monday, March 3. Two sessions, choose one:

- 6 till 8 PM

Attendees will be creating Sauerkraut to enjoy at home. Registration will include all the needed ingredients, fermenting tools and use of equipment for making sauerkraut lead by wonderful instruction from UC Master Food Preservers of Sacramento County. You'll take home:
1 quart of sauerkraut, weight & airlock
