SPECIAL EVENT - Sauerkraut!

Make Sauerkraut at this in-person, hands-on class.

When: Wednesday, March 20. Two sessions, choose one:

• 10 AM till Noon
• 2 till 4 PM

Fee: $30 for you and up to 1 guest.

Location:  UCCE Sacramento, 4145 Branch Center Road, Sacramento CA 95827 (map/directions)

Attendees will be creating Sauerkraut to enjoy at home.  Registration will include all the needed ingredients, fermenting tools and use of equipment for making sauerkraut lead by wonderful instruction from UCCE Master Food Preservers of Sacramento County.  You'll take home:

1 quart of sauerkraut, weight & airlock
