Join us in this second class in the series focused on low acid canning. 

Join us to learn about how to make kombucha, a refreshing drink made from fermenting tea. We’ll teach you how to maintain a healthy SCOBY (a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) to make kombucha, and how to do a second fermentation flavored with various fruits.

Elementary age kids- join us at Woodward Park library for a hands-on activity to build, create, or craft together. Materials will be provided.

Would you like to train your dog in obedience and learn dog handling? If you answered yes, consider joining the 4-H County Wide Dog Project. Leaders of the project are Anne Cehrs and Richard Benefiel, a former dog resource leader for Fresno County 4-H.

Olive curing for fun MG MARIE Learn to cure delicious olives in accordance to the Mediterranean tradition. MG Marie will explore three different curing methods, utilizing both salt curing and lye curing processes. Appropriate for all skill levels.

Annual Project Report Forms (APR) for livestock members planning to exhibit at the Fresno and/or Caruthers Fair - are due to the 4-H Office.

The 4-H Office will be closed to observe Memorial Day.
