The Yorba Linda Public Library, partnering with the Master Food Preservers will teach and discuss the basics, process and some of the sciences of fermentation. Presentation will include discussions on equipment, food safety and fermented foods in general.

This month OCMGs are partnering with the California Master Beekeeper Program (CAMBP). CAMBP is a continuous train-the-trainer effort including serving as mentors for other beekeepers. Their focus at this event will be education regarding honeybees.
