Join the UCCE Master Food Preservers for their monthly general Q&A session. A panel of volunteers specializing in freezing, dehydrating, canning and food safety will be available to answer your questions, share their tips and encourage you to safely preserve food at home.

All adults who apply to be an adult volunteer in the 4-H YD Program must complete either an in-person or virtual New Adult Volunteer Orientation. Please check the New Adult Volunteer Orientation R.S.V.P. form for an orientation date and location that works for you and R.S.V.P. as soon as you can.

Curious about canning your own food at home? Join the UCCE Master Food Preservers at this free introductory online class and learn how to use boiling water and atmospheric steam canners to can quick pickles out of a variety of fruits and vegetables.

UCCE Master Gardeners of Tuolumne County staff an information table 9:30 am to 12:30 am every Friday as long as the weather is accommodating for an outside table.

Open Garden Days are an opportunity to roam the Garden, watch what we are doing, find out what we are growing, attend a demonstration and ask questions about your garden and landscape. Demonstrations start about 10:30am.
