REQUIREMENTS for Starting a Project, setting up Club Meetings, or an Event

For ALL Projects, Meetings, or Events:

a Facility Use Request form (FUR) 
MUST be submitted by the Club or Project Leader 
PRIOR to the beginning of a project, meeting, or event.

Events - Countywide: (Field trips or any 1-day only meeting)

Documents required by Facility-Location    For locations already on file and holding a contract or Certificate of Insurance

Spending & Reimbursement - (forms & processes)

All 4-H-related expenditures for clubs’ projects, workshops, or events WILL NEED to be pre-approved BEFORE purchases can be done
