Got an abundance of tomatoes?  Bring your summer crop and join us to learn how to can herbed tomatoes.

Participants will bring their own tomatoes (24 medium or 8 pounds).  You will also choose the herb blend: Italian or Mexican.

Registration will include the following: pint jars, lids, herbs, resource material, use of UCCE Master Food Preserver equipment and of course awesome MFP help.

This is an in-person, hands-on workshop.  You may invite up to two guests to attend with you.
