Why Report Service Hours
A significant component of the 4-H Program involves community service events and activities. It is common for a 4-H Club to host and complete numerous hours in their community each year. It is important that this valuable work is recorded to share with our County Board of Supervisors, State 4-H Office, and County University Cooperative Extension (UCCE) Directors.
Please complete the survey upon completion of service activities recording details such as number of participants, hours, locations, etc. Survey may be completed by adult volunteers, youth committee chairs, or community service club officers.
