Laura and Neil HULBERT Award

* Interviews will be held at the 4-H Office on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025.
This award was established by Laura and Neil Hulbert, who were strong supporters of youth activities. The funds are to be bequeathed annually in the amount of $2,500 each to one male and one female Placer County student between 14 and 18 years of age (by Dec 31 of the enrollment year of selection) and currently enrolled in Placer County 4-H.
CRITERIA FOR APPLICATION:
- Applicant must be at at least 14 years old, and not yet 19 by December 31st of the selected year.
- Applicant must currently be enrolled in the Placer County 4-H program.
- An applicant may not have received this award in prior years.
APPLICATION PROCESS: All documents listed must be included in the Application Packet and submitted together.
