Join the UC Master Food Preservers of Sacramento County for a jam-packed class covering your fall favorites: apples, pears, and persimmons!
In this class, we will take our abundance of fall fruits and show you how to make a variety of products to last you through autumn and into the winter months. Spotlight recipes include:

- pear-apple jam
- fruit leathers
- dehydrated persimmons
