Description: This clearing house organized by the Specialty Crops Advisor of UCCE Sonoma County features a wide range of operational topics that are relevant for specialty crop production, and often on a small-scale. This resources features information unique to individual specialty crops for topics such as integrated pest management, nutrient management, and food safety.

Description: While the resources on this page are from extension projects completed between 1995-2017, there is useful information available for a range of specialty crops (Apples, Asian vegetables, blueberries, melons, etc.). In addition, there are cost of production studies available to demonstrate the cost to produce 14 different specialty crops. The costs for these studies is dated, but the process could be adapted for an updated cost estimate.
