Come learn how to make family friendly, economically & nutritious one pot meals. We will be focusing on food freezing tips, pressure canning, and water bath canning to make stews, soups, broth and more that can be made ahead of time.

Preserving Peppers! You will learn a variety of ways to preserve different types of peppers. We will cover dehydrating, freezing, and pickling peppers. You will receive recipes, tips and ideas on how to use your preserves.

A regular workday at the demo garden on Thursdays, 11am to 1pm. The gate will indeed be open and members of the public are welcome to drop in and enjoy the garden and ask for advice. There will be public demos and plant sales. Share in garden produce, free seed exchange and local gardening advice.
