Scholarship Application Tractor Supply
Award: (Contingent on funds available)
The UC 4-H in Santa Barbara County Tractor Supply Scholarship provides funds to send youth to 4-H camps and leadership conferences.
Eligibility:
? All UC 4-H in Santa Barbara County Members
? Applicants receiving other scholarships are eligible if the sum of the scholarships do not exceed the full amount of the registration cost
? Applicants must be member in good standing
? All entries must be received 3 weeks prior event registration deadlines - verbal or late application will not be accepted
Criteria:
? Complete application (Incomplete, late or verbal applications will not be considered)
? 1 letter of recommendation from Community Club Leader or Project Leader (not a family member)
Send applications to the UCCE 4-H office 7127 Hollister Ave., Ste. 7 Goleta, CA 93117 (make sure it is received 3 weeks prior to event registration deadline). The Awards Committee will select recipients.
- • Checks will be sent directly to the conference or camp registrar.
- • If you receive a scholarship and do not attend the event you will be responsible for paying back the amount to the UC 4-H in Santa Barbara County Tractor Supply Scholarship.
